The partner companyCreative, dynamic and meticulous event planning organization dedicated in making all kinds of events memorable moments. From cars and products launches to international sport events this young team is seeking for talent to integrate their office in Valencia.

Your tasksEverything related to event planning: * Assist the team in the events. -To Be in contact with clients and guests. -To be in contact with collaborators. * Research of new clients. * Updating of databases. * Creation of Power Points and sales ‘‘pitch’‘. * Creation of budgets and control of costs. Schedule can vary in function of events.

We are looking for-Studies: Event Planning, Marketing, Public Relations-Languages: Fluent English, Fluent Spanish, German is a plus but not compulsory-Experience: Previous office experience or experience in customer service a plus but not mandatory-IT: Pack Office-Other: Dynamic person, Flexible with schedules

We offer -Remuneration: 400€/month-Working hours: full-time
